Summer Study Session #1
THeoretical and Historical Backgrounds of The Colonization of Kurdistan
In collaboration with City Kurds, and the Kurdish Gender Studies Network, The Emergency Committee for Rojava invites you to participate in this four-session study group to explore the colonization of Kurdistan from the perspectives of history, theory, culture, political economy, and gender.
In the first of these sessions we will be discussing the key frameworks for understanding the colonization of Kurdistan, including the foundational role of gender.
